Chopin and the generation of 1810

On March 5, 6 and 7, Bilbao shall relive the great classical music festival. The "Musika-Música" festival shall flood the Euskalduna Concert Hall with Romanticism´s musical splendour through the compositions of four of this period´s "greatest exponents": Chopin and Schumann - of whom we celebrate their bicentennial - Mendelssohn and Liszt. A total of 61 concerts and nearly 500 artists shall recreate the musical universe of a fascinating era and the extraordinary generation of 1810.
